Utrecht University’s Netherlands Institute of Human Rights (where I am based) offered two hugely popular summer schools last year, and is offering them again in 2016.
They are as follows:
International Human Rights Law: An Introduction (one week)
International Law from a Gender Perspective (one week)
http://www.utrechtsummerschool.nl/courses/law-economics/international-law-from-a-gender-perspective
And a combined two week course:
Human Rights and Gender

With Utrecht’s fantastic new library, beautiful canals and vibrant café-scene, I can’t think of a better place to spend your summer learning about human rights and gender! The deadline for registration is 17 June 2016.
